We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve your outdoor adventure needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking

Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote locations and parts of Asia. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your region.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your outdoor equipment. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Air beds
  • Camp beds
  • Foam sleeping mats
  • Hammock accessories

These personal use products are exempt from our standard returns policy.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method (address provided with your RMA number).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
