At Robens Camping Shop, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on air beds, camp beds, foam sleeping mats, and hammock accessories unless they are faulty. These items are considered personal use products and are exempt from our standard returns policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
- Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA number) using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
