The 2-Meter Dome group tent from The North Face is your living room on the great mountains of the world! This geodesic expedition tent offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to eight people and can be used as a mountaineering meeting spot during the day. It has enough space and headroom to eat, plan, meet or just relax with your expedition group.

Details for the special needs of expeditions

The sophisticated pole architecture of the 2-Meter Dome offers a simplified assembly thanks to its colour-coded design. In addition, the structure creates steep side walls and a maximum living space, yet thanks to its yurt-like shape, offers little surface area for the wind to attack.

Two large doors create convenient entry and exit points on more than one side. On the inside, large loops are available for hanging clothes and equipment. If necessary, the floor of the dome can be removed to make room for a kitchen and to enlarge the interior even further. The adjustable roof hatch can be sealed or opened depending on the weather to increase ventilation or keep the heat inside the tent.
