How do I choose the right tent size?
Our tents are categorized by the number of people they’re designed to accommodate. For comfort, we recommend choosing a tent rated for one person more than your actual group size (e.g., a 3-man tent for 2 people). This allows extra space for gear and movement.
What’s the difference between camp beds and air beds?
Camp beds are elevated off the ground with a frame and fabric surface, offering firm support and insulation. Air beds provide adjustable softness but require inflation. Camp beds are more durable while air beds can be more comfortable for those who prefer a softer sleeping surface.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:

How long does order processing take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak season (May-August), we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your trip to account for potential delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally except to some Asian and remote areas. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and delivery times may vary during local holidays or peak seasons.
